JLL hires new managing director in Parsippany office

By ,

Commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle has hired David Stifelman as its new managing director in its Parsippany office.

Stifelman will be responsible for new business development, agency leasing and global tenant representation.

“David Stifelman is an acknowledged industry leader in the New Jersey office market,” said Robert Kossar, executive managing director and market director for JLL’s New Jersey and Long Island operations. “He has been responsible for many significant real estate transactions throughout the state and his expertise will enhance JLL as it continues to expand its presence in the market.”

And it can’t get more significant than someone who has represented several Fortune 500 companies and completed more than 200 real estate transactions totaling $2 billion worldwide.  He specializes in metropolitan-area commercial real estate and has developed expertise in all aspects of the industry, including leasing, investment sales and advisory services.

In 2011, Stifelman was honored with a CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Office Leasing Broker and Top Sales Broker in the Northern New Jersey Market.
