Ricca, who has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry, will focus on improving the experiences of patients and their families. Alan Zambrano joined Transwestern as a senior project manager with the Parsippany-based real estate services firm.
Zambrano will work with the firm's vice president of construction management in overseeing Transwestern's construction management assignments throughout the Northeast region. He will assist clients in the construction process, with responsibilities including schedule and budget development and management, as well as providing on-site supervision of projects.
Zambrano's career in real estate and project management spans more than two decades. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Architecture in 1991, most recently worked as a senior project manager with Avison Young.
