Something about you that your co-workers don't know: I was raised in a military household. My dad was a first sergeant in the Army and I lived in Germany, New Jersey and five other states while growing up.



Investors Bank selected Lissette Morales to lead its South Orange branch as associate vice president and branch manager.

Morales will oversee day-to-day operations of the branch at 79 South Orange Ave., while being responsible for business development and account growth.

She has nearly 12 years of experience in the financial industry and most recently served as vice president and financial center manager for Wells Fargo.

Health care

Cooper University Health Care appointed Terry Ricca senior vice president and chief experience officer.

Ricca, who has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry, will focus on improving the experiences of patients and their families. Her role is to work with leaders and staff to build relationships, both externally and internally, to develop a customer-centered culture that result in greater patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Prior to joining Cooper, Ricca held several nursing and leadership roles prior roles, most recently as vice president of customer experience. She earned her diploma from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.


Samantha J. Foss has joined Parker McCay as an associate in the business and corporate department in the commercial litigation practice area.

She will be based in the firm's Mount Laurel office, focusing on corporate litigation and transactional law in matters relating to contract, property, product liability and tort issues.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Foss was an attorney at Burns White LLC and an associate at White and Williams LLP. The Cherry Hill resident earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Greenberg Traurig LLP has elevated Kate Kalmykov, a business immigration and compliance attorney, to shareholder. Andrew Abramson and Lennie Bersh, who are intellectual property and technology attorneys, were promoted to of counsel.

  • Kalmykov splits her time between the firm's Morristown and New York offices. She received her law degree from American University College of Law.
  • Abramson received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School, while Bersh received his law degree from New York Law School.

Meagher Emanuel Laks Goldberg & Liao LLP, an intellectual property law firm based in Princeton, added Frank Liao as an equity partner.

Prior to joining the firm, Liao was vice president – U.S. patent operations at Technicolor/Thomson Licensing. He received his law degree from Rutgers University Law School-Newark and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.


Adams Direct & Media Services hired Lisa DiFabrizio-Sanchez as a senior account manager and Lesley Delaney as a web project coordinator.

DiFabrizio-Sanchez, a Hopatcong resident, previously worked at RediMail Direct Marketing and has more than 15 years in the direct mail and marketing business.

Delaney, of Morris Plains, will work in the cross media marketing division of the East Hanover-based marketing servicing firm.

Real estate

Alan Zambrano joined Transwestern as a senior project manager with the Parsippany-based real estate services firm.

Zambrano will work with the firm's vice president of construction management in overseeing Transwestern's construction management assignments throughout the Northeast region. He will assist clients in the construction process, with responsibilities including schedule and budget development and management, as well as providing on-site supervision of projects.

Zambrano's career in real estate and project management spans more than two decades. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Architecture in 1991, most recently worked as a senior project manager with Avison Young.
