Voorhees-based engineering firm Concord Engineering announced Wednesday it was recently awarded a contract to be the Commissioning Agent for Rutgers University's new Chemistry and Chemical Biology Building project.
According to the announcement, the four-story, 135,000-square-foot facility will provide research laboratory space and shared core facilities as well as collaborative and instructional spaces. The approximate construction value is $75 million.
Concord has worked with Rutgers prior to this, having recently completed geothermal engineering for the new business school as well as past projects that include 69 kV substation design.
