Engineering firm Stantec announced Thursday that principals and staff from Innovative Engineering have joined Stantec to form its new Wall Township office.

According to the release, veteran engineers Lou Scheidt, Ron Igneri, Abel Lampa and their technical staff complement the firms public sector work with their range of private clients and expertise in wireless telecommunications and energy projects.

Some of the major projects include the then-largest solar project in the United States for Toys 'R' Us and the first municipal wind turbine in Ocean Gate, the release said.
