Hill International announces four executive promotions

Marlton-based construction management firm Hill International announced Monday the promotions and hiring of four executives to the positions of senior vice president and vice president throughout the company.

According to the announcement, below are the following promotions at Hill's Marlton-based office:

Robert A. Dieterle, CCP, has been promoted to senior vice president with the company's Construction Claims Group. Dieterle has more than 39 years of experience and is an internationally recognized expert on cost and liability analysis, damage calculations, contract audits and negotiations and estimate evaluations on major construction claims and disputes.

Michael S. Luciani, P.E., has been promoted to senior vice president with the company's Project Management Group. Luciani has more than 26 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.

Edward J. Baliton, MCP, has been promoted to vice president with the company's Information Technology Department. Baliton has more than 16 years of experience in information technology.

Bankim H. Sheth has been promoted to vice president of Enterprise Program Management with the company's Information Technology department. Sheth has more than 30 years of experience as a director and solution data architect and developer for large warehouses, data marts and application design projects.

"We congratulate all of these outstanding professionals on their new positions," said David L. Richter, Hill's president and CEO.
