Cassidy Turley has been given the exclusive right to lease or sell one of the largest available distribution centers in New Jersey, the company said in a release Monday morning.
The 729,000-square-foot property, known as the 1-78 Logistics Center, is located at 111 Cokesbury Road in Clinton. It sits on approximately 100 acres and is just off Exit 20B, roughly 40 miles west of Port Newark and 30 miles east of Lehigh Valley.
"When taking into consideration the cost-savings of the I-78 location along with the lower taxes and operating expenses, I-78 Logistics Center offers an unparalleled opportunity for companies looking to provide regional distribution service throughout the metro New York market," Cassidy Turley Executive Managing Director Charles Fern said.
The I-78 Logistics Center is a Class-A property and includes one divisible structure comprised of 360,000 square feet.
The property is owned by Woodmont Industrial Partners and AEW Capital Management. Woodmont recently completed a more-than $4 million capital improvement plan.
