U.K. Elite Soccer announces acquisition of NOGA Soccer

Cedar Knolls-based U.K. Elite Soccer Inc., a portfolio company of Steel Sports Inc., announced Monday it has acquired all of the operating assets of NOGA Soccer, a leading soccer coaching education and services provider in New York and Connecticut.

According to the announcement, Elite Soccer is a leading youth soccer coaching education and services provider specializing in soccer camps, residential training weeks, management of municipal organizations and club soccer programs, and proprietary clubs across 22 states throughout the U.S.

Elite Soccer currently has about 50,000 participants including 15,000 parent coaches, the announcement said.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
