Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, exclusive leasing agent for Sylvan Corporate Center in Englewood Cliffs, consummated nearly 100,000 square feet in new leases at the property.

According to the announcement, the leases involved long-term renewals with LG Electronics U.S.A. for 67,000 square feet, Unilever for 27,000 square feet and COFCO U.S.A. Inc. for 4,000 square feet. The four-building multi-tenant space totals approximately 260,790 square feet and is owned by New York City-based developer The ANDALEX Group.

NGKF executive managing director Frank D. Recine and managing directors Blake J. Goodman and Kenneth N. Porreca, with the firm's Rutherford office, serve as long-term leasing agents for Sylvan, also home to tenants Whole Foods, IBM and LG Chemical, the announcement said.
