The Hampshire Cos. sells industrial building in Meadowlands

Morristown-based real estate investment firm The Hampshire Companies, announced Wednesday the sale of a 135,498-square-foot industrial building located at 25 East Union Ave. in East Rutherford. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, the single-story building is 98 percent leased to Mount Pleasant Ice Cream Company, Selco Associates and Steamaster Company Inc.

CBRE represented Hampshire in this transaction, the announcement said.
