Jarmel Kizel announces new multifamily project in Verona

Livingston-based Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers Inc. announced Thursday it was retained by Pine Brook-based DeMattheis Investments LLC to design two multifamily housing projects at the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Verona Place in Verona.

According to the announcement, the two buildings will consist of 10 apartments each, with 14 two-bedroom and six one-bedroom units in total. The project will be completed within the next year.
