When is it appropriate to text in business? Within an organization for short conversations that do not need to be tracked, or to notify anyone in or out of the organization if one is running late for a meeting, so as not to interrupt with
a call.

What would you give New Jersey for its 350th birthday? Funds for primary and secondary schools to offer STEM courses that would make our children more competitive with children around the world.

What is your go-to stress buster at work? Listening to music with a nice cup of tea.

What do you wish someone had told you earlier in your career? To do something I loved to do that would leverage my strengths, since I would be spending more time working than doing anything else in life. I am happy to have found my way there as an entrepreneur.

The women will be honored at an event March 24 at The Palace at Somerset Park. For more details, click here or please contact Melissa Sullenberger at melissas@njbiz.com or call her at 732-246-5737.
