When is it appropriate to text in business? The pharmaceutical industry is a formal business, and texting is not a standard communication method. Currently, we limit texting to personal exchanges and/or to highlight an urgent occurrence where a patient’s treatment is in question, and immediate attention is required.

What is your go-to stress buster at work? I try to walk away from my desk, my computer and my phone, and get some fresh air and simply relax.

What do you wish someone had told you earlier in your career? That it is OK not to have all of the answers. The primary need is to have a vision and stay true to its course. Additionally, the people you hire are critical so you are surrounded by talented folks who share your vision and are equally driven to achieve growth and success.
