Who is your most influential role model? My co-CEO, partner and husband, Andy Nadel. While we both have strong, take-charge personalities, we work well together, and he has taught me the value of relationship building and how to communicate.

When is it appropriate to text in business? We limit texting our employees to weather-related emergencies or closings, and to check on the health of our employees if they are sick.

What would you give New Jersey for its 350th birthday? A full-blown marketing campaign to show the country how great New Jersey is.

What do you wish someone had told you earlier in your career? I wish someone had sat me down and told me to take some time to figure out what I really wanted to do based on my skill set and personality, and make sure that it matched with a lifestyle that works well with family.

The women will be honored at an event March 24 at The Palace at Somerset Park. For more details, click here or please contact Melissa Sullenberger at melissas@njbiz.com or call her at 732-246-5737.
