What is your go-to stress buster at work? Changing into running clothes and jogging in Brookdale Park.
What do you wish someone had told you earlier in your career? I wish someone had emphasized the importance of creating a business plan to map out a more secure path on which to proceed, a vision of the goals, and the milestones to be achieved en route.
