Who are your most influential role models? A professor in graduate school who taught me to listen below the surface; a language arts teacher, a personal friend, who taught me that it is OK to change your mind and, therefore, your opinion; a coach/mentor in the workplace taught me the value of personal and professional integrity; and Denise Morrison, CEO of Campbell Soup. I admire her stalwart belief in making the business world, and maybe the world, a better place for her grandchildren, the next generation.
When is it appropriate to text in business? In an emergency.
What is your go-to stress buster at work? Humor, exercise and jelly beans, preferably Jelly Belly.
