Who is your most influential role model? One of my best friends, Natasha. She inspires me to be fearless, to love unconditionally, to shout from the rooftops boldly, to be myself in full color, to go big or go home, to be brave, and to remember that all things are possible through God.

When is it appropriate to text in business? Only when it increases efficiency, without sacrificing accuracy or communication, and only when a written record isn’t needed.

What is your go-to stress buster at work? Inspirational quotes that remind me what I am doing is bigger than me.

The women will be honored at an event March 24 at The Palace at Somerset Park. For more details, click here or please contact Melissa Sullenberger at melissas@njbiz.com or call her at 732-246-5737.
