When is it appropriate to text in business? Any time you are not driving.

What would you give New Jersey for its 350th birthday? A year without natural disasters or scandal.

What is your go-to stress buster at work? Lunch with my colleagues and online shopping.

Who is your most influential role model? My mother, Sue Flanagan. When my dad died during my freshman summer in college, my mom became the financially independent and strong woman that she still is today ... My mom has taught me to stand on my own, believe in my principles, and to combine the values of hard work, discipline and independence, with the joys of creative thought and a love of the outdoors. Her gifts of candor and credibility guide me through each day.

The women will be honored at an event March 24 at The Palace at Somerset Park. For more details, click here or please contact Melissa Sullenberger at melissas@njbiz.com or call her at 732-246-5737.
