Who are your most influential role models? My parents, who are both Holocaust survivors. They taught me to make the most of every opportunity, whether personal or professional, and to always take time to enjoy life.
When is it appropriate to text in business? The only time is when you are running late for a meeting.
What would you give New Jersey for its 350th birthday? An expanded public transportation system.
What is your go-to stress buster at work? Taking a walk with my co-workers during my lunch hour.
What do you wish someone had told you earlier in your career? To be patient. It is important to take the time to fully understand the structure and history of your particular company, as well as the overall business environment, before rushing into a situation and trying to make improvements.
