Eagle Pharmaceuticals announces pricing of initial public offering

Woodcliff Lake-based Eagle Pharmaceuticals announced Tuesday the pricing of its initial public offering of 3.35 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $15 per share.

According to the release, the shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "EGRX" on Feb. 12. Eagle is offering all of the shares of common stock. It has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 502,500 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on Feb. 18.

Piper Jaffray & Co. and William Blair & Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as co-manager, the release said.
