By ,

Sterling Properties announced Friday that it has selected real estate industry veteran Victoria Walters to oversee leasing at the four-building Rivergate Bordentown complex, a transit-oriented community of 159 rental residences currently under development along the Delaware River waterfront in Bordentown.

According to the announcement, the community will benefit from a proposed on-site River Line light rail station that will provide convenient access to Trenton with connections to New York City and Philadelphia. The development will also feature $11 million in highway restorations to the nearby intersection of Route 130 and Burlington-Bordentown Road.

As part of her role she will compile a priority waitlist designed to provide precedence to the large number of individuals who have expressed interest in residing at the property. The property will feature elevator access, private parking, a swimming pool and an exclusive community clubhouse with a fitness studio, the release said.

According to director of leasing and marketing Rosanne Brooks, leasing at the property will begin in late spring 2014.
