Clinton law firm Gebhardt & Kiefer adds new partner

Gebhardt & Kiefer in Clinton Township recently announced that Diana Fredericks became a partner at the firm.

According to the release, Fredericks, who obtained a degree at Rutgers School of Law in Camden, joined the firm in 2008 and practices family law. She handles divorce and related matters, such as custody, alimony, child support and division of assets, as well as domestic partnerships, civil unions, premarital agreements and domestic violence cases.

Prior to joining Gebhardt & Kiefer, Fredericks served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey in Newark. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, Presiding Judge in the New Jersey Family Court in Somerville, according to the firm's website.

Fredericks is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New York State Bar. In addition, she is a frequent author of the Gebhardt & Kiefer family law blog. She is also an active member of the N.J. State Bar Association, the Hunterdon County Bar Association and Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, the firm said in a statement.
