Florham Park-based HFF announced Wednesday it brokered the sale of a 217-unit apartment complex in Hoboken to a private investment firm.
In a news release, HFF said the DSF Group acquired the 800 Madison community, on Madison and Monroe streets between 8th and 9th streets. Brokers in HFF's Florham Park office represented the seller.
The complex reportedly sold for $110 million.
The property, which is 99 percent leased, was completed in 2008 and includes ground-floor retail space, the news release said. It also has community amenities such as a courtyard swimming pool, outdoor patio, rooftop terraces and a private parking garage.
The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by senior managing directors Jose Cruz and Andrew Scandalios, managing directors Kevin O'Hearn and Jeff Julien and associate director Michael Oliver.
