Sancoa, TubeDec sign agreement to be acquired by CCL Industries

CCL Industries Inc., a global packaging industry traded on the Toronto stock exchange, announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire two privately-owned Lumberton companies, Sancoa and TubeDec.

Sancoa and TubeDec supply labels and plastic tubes to home and personal care customers in the U.S. Their combined sales in 2013 were $82.5 million with an adjusted EBITDA of approximately $10.1 million. The DAK Group of Rochelle Park served as the exclusive financial adviser to Sancoa and TubeDec during the transaction.

CCL Industries employs over 10,000 people and operates 89 facilities in 25 countries on five continents.
