Accountant Sean Henderson has joined Chester-based Surety Partners of America as chief finanical officer.
Henderson is responsible for all financial operations of Surety Partners of America, as well as management of the bookkeeping and accounting departments. His expertise includes tax, accounting and financial consulting services for construction contractors and their respective ownership groups.
Henderson previously served as partner of the Manasquan accounting firm McGuigan Tombs & Company. He has also provided compliance and planning services to brokerage, insurance, medical and professional sports.
John Juers joined TD Bank as senior vice president in the compliance division for the company's Cherry Hill office. As U.S. compliance regulatory officer, Juers is responsible for partnering with compliance teams, business leaders and control functions to keep TD executives updated on current and potential regulations.
Juers has more than 20 years banking experience. Before TD Bank, he served as vice president, chief regulatory counsel at M&T Bank and as vice president, counsel at Wilmington Trust, both in Wilmington, Del.
Jidan Cleaning, a commercial cleaner with offices in Medford and Philadelphia, named Jaclyn Christmas vice president of operations and business development. She will handle daily logistics regarding Jidan's cleaning services, foster client relationships and generate new business.
Before Jidan Cleaning, Christmas developed new contractual relationships and maintained existing outside partnerships as a senior marketing account executive for Life Choice Hospice in Willingboro.

Esther F. Omoloyin has joined the law firm Goldberg Segalla as an associate in its Princeton office. She is a member of the firm's workers' compensation practice group.
Omoloyin represents public and private entities, including insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured companies, municipalities and school boards, in workers' compensation defense matters. In addition, she has investigated and litigated workers' compensation fraud claims.
Previously an associate with Capehart Scatchard, Omoloyin was also a law clerk for Judge Paulette Sapp-Peterson in New Jersey Superior Court in Mercer County. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
Arthur J. Abramowitz and Jerrold N. Poslusny have joined Moorestown law firm Sherman Silverstein as shareholders. They will lead the firm's newly formed bankruptcy, insolvency and workout practice group.
Abramowitz has nearly 40 years experience, including corporate reorganizations, workouts and commercial litigation. Poslusny concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring.
Both attorneys join Sherman Silverstein from Cozen O'Connor, where Abramowitz was senior counsel and Poslusny was a member of the firm.

He will leverage his knowledge of the mortgage process, including originations, qualifications, processing and closing, to manage sales of mortgage programs RHMC offers to New Jersey clients, paricularly in South Jersey.
