Cushman & Wakefield announced Wednesday its Edison office has arranged a 78,000-square-foot long-term headquarters lease on behalf of Geoffrey Allen Corp. in Secaucus.
According to the announcement, senior directors Andrew Stypa and Dan Badenhausen in Cushman & Wakefield's Edison office, along with Steve Elman in East Rutherford, represented Geoffrey Allen, and Hartz was represented in-house.
