Hill International acquires Boston project management firm

Marlton-based construction management firm Hill International announced Tuesday its acquisition of Collaborative Partners, based in Boston, Mass. Terms were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, Collaborative Partners performs project management, strategic planning and regulatory services for healthcare, life sciences, educational, commercial and residential construction projects throughout New England. It has 20 professionals at offices in Boston, Mass. and Providence, R.I.

Jack C. Hobbs, FAIA, formerly chief executive officer of Collaborative Partners, is now Hill's senior vice president and New England regional manager. Also continuing with Collaborative Partners will be principals Donna Camiolo and Joseph Naughton, now both vice presidents with Hill. Collaborative Partners will operate under the Hill International brand name, Hill said in a statement.
