HFF closes $5 million sale of industrial redevelopment site in Elizabeth

On Tuesday, the Florham Park-based commercial real estate firm HFF announced the closing of the $5 million sale of 900 Fairmount Avenue in Elizabeth.

According to the announcement, construction of the 100,000-square-foot distribution center at the the 7.7-acre industrial redevelopment site is slated to commence in 2014. Michael Nachamkin, managing director, led the HFF team representing the seller.
