NAI represents NY linen company in Carlstadt warehouse lease

Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Friday New York-based Cathay Home has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease in Carlstadt. Terms were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, Cathay Home, which signed a long-term lease at Gotham Industrial Park, 350 Gotham Parkway, will use the space as a warehouse and distribution facility for its linens and bedding manufacturing business, which is headquartered in New York City. NAI Hanson Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter and Sales Associate Nicholas Herrick represented the tenant in the transaction.
