Fujikin signs long-term lease in Hasbrouck Heights

By ,

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Wednesday it has leased 2,100 square feet of office space in Hasbrouck Heights to global valve manufacturer Fujikin of America, formerly of Little Ferry.

According to the announcement, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the property at Heights Plaza, negotiated the transaction in-house. Fujikin of America was a long-time tenant at an Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' industrial building in Little Ferry but sought a new location because it no longer needs warehouse space. Headquartered in California, Fujikin of America manufactures fluid and gas automatic control equipment, specializing control units, and ultra-high purity valves and fittings. Founded in 1930, the company's products are used throughout the semiconductor, aerospace, industrial and biopharmaceutical industries.
