An appliance and electronic cooperative is relocating from Brooklyn, N.Y., to a nearly-400,000-square-foot warehouse in Hamilton, according to a firm involved with the deal.

The company, Dynamic Marketing Inc., has signed a lease for 400 Cabot Drive in the Mercer County township. The deal was announced Thursday in a news release from NAI James E. Hanson, the Hackensack-based brokerage firm that represented the tenant.

Dynamic Marketing was founded in 1957 for the purpose of buying and servicing appliances for its members, the news release said. The strategy is aimed at helping members compete with the prices of big box retailers.

The company will occupy 396,510 square feet in a property owned by IndCor Properties Inc., a portfolio company of the Blackstone Group, the news release said. CBRE represented the landlord.
