About: After completing a coach training program in 2004 through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Luke Iorio was recruited by the organization to become vice president in charge of marketing and business development. Since then, he has helped the institute grow, despite the stiff economic headwinds blowing since 2008. His philanthropic activities include recruiting coaches to work pro bono in assisting military veterans as they return to civilian life.
First Job: “Marketing coordinator for Koenig and Associates, a boutique ad agency. I was hired as the marketing coordinator and acted as the assistant to the agency’s founder and president.”
Role Model: “My father is the most influential role model in my life for many reasons, as both a professional role model and a personal influence … Because of the influences he put in front of me, I learned to believe in myself, put my voice out there, lean into challenges and go after my dreams.”
