Cushman & Wakefield announced Tuesday its Edison office has arranged a 111,000-square-foot lease at 300 Mac Lane in Keasbey for hanger manufacturer Mainetti. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, Mainetti moved to the new space from Secaucus to expand operations. The building includes 8,000 square feet of office space and incorporates a new sorting area for recycling hangers.

Cushman & Wakefield's Andrew Stypa and Daniel Badenhausen, based in the commercial real estate services firm's Edison office, brokered the long-term transaction. Federal Business Centers owns the warehouse and distribution building at 300 Mac Lane.
