Hill International lands $9.6M contract to manage construction of two towers in Doha

Marlton-based construction management firm Hill International has scored a $9.6 million contract with Real Estate Services Group to manage the design and construction of two mixed-use towers in Qatar.

The towers, located in the Doha's Lusail District, will include a five-star hotel, restaurants, villas, and apartments, as well as offices and retail and other commercial uses. Construction on the project is expected to cost $275 million, according to a release.

"We are confident that our team will help to successfully deliver both of these impressive tower projects," Mohammed Al Rais, senior vice president and Middle East managing for Hill's Project Management Group, said in a statement.
