HFF closes $33.35M sale of Rhode Island property

The Florham Park and New York offices of HFF closed the sale of a 226,000-square-foot retail property in Warwick, R.I., the company announced.

A private investor purchased the property, which HFF marketed on behalf of Winstanley Enterprises, for $33.35 million. It includes a 136,000-square-foot Walmart location and a 90,515-square-foot Kohl's.

The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by senior managing directors Jose Cruz, Andrew Scandalios and James Koury, managing directors Kevin O'Hearn and Jeffrey Julien and associate director Steve Simonelli.
