Collaborative Medical Care completes bridge financing round

Paramus-based health care IT provider Collaborative Medical Care announced today it has completed a bridge financing round from two private investors. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, one of the new investors is Dr. Haim Blecher, an angel investor and spine surgeon who founded University Spine Associates in Princeton. Dr. Blecher is also a clinical assistant professor at the Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The other new investor, Dr. Adam Sackstein is founder and medical director of The Pain Management Center, a Prospira Pain Care center of excellence, with offices in Hamilton, Voorhees and Stratford and at the Vincera Institute in Philadelphia.  Dr. Sackstein is also on the staff of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
