CRI Lifetree acquired by PRA

Mount Laurel-based patient studies company CRI Lifetree has been acquired by N.C.-based PRA, the latter company announced today. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, CRI Lifetree has conducted clinical research  for more than 20 years and has three clinical pharmacology centers with a capacity of nearly 200 beds, making it one of the largest providers of patient population phase I and confined phase II-III services in the U.S. The acquisition will enable PRA to provide its clients a full range of phase I-II clinical research services in specialized patient populations for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
