Matinas BioPharma appoints chief business officer

Bedminster-based biopharmaceutical company Matinas BioPharma Holdings Inc. announced today it has appointed Jerome Jabbour chief business officer and general counsel.

According to the announcement, Jabbour is a co-founder and board member of Matinas BioPharma. He brings to the company over a decade of specialized experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with expertise heading legal, intellectual property and commercial operations. He will play a key role in building upon the Company's intellectual property portfolio.

The company announced its move to Bedminster last week.
