Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp., in East Rutherford, a designer and maker of avionics and test equipment for commercial, military and general aviation, announced Tuesday it has received three additional delivery orders from the U.S. Navy totaling $1.244 million for the CRAFT program.
The new orders come as part of a contract worth up to $9.5 million to the company. The contract is in support of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army and various foreign military sales customers.
According to the announcement, with the three delivery orders announced last week, the U.S. Navy has placed orders for 129 CRAFT test sets at a total value of more than $4 million.
