New York-based Tishman Construction announced today it will perform construction management services for New Brunswick-based Boraie Development LLC on the 16-story Somerset Mews residential tower. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2014.

According to the announcement, the redevelopment site is adjacent to New Brunswick's train station and the city's hospital corridor. The project will transform the site into a 400,000-square-foot residential and retail tower with 238 units, 8,000 square feet of retail space, and a four-story parking deck. Somerset Mews will also have a fitness center, outdoor space and common-area amenities for its residents.
