Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. has named Jeffrey J. Carfora senior executive vice president of the company and of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, the holding company's wholly owned bank. Carfora remains chief financial officer for both the company and the bank.

Carfora is a certified public accountant and career banker with more than 33 years' financial experience.

TD Bank has named Toni Egan as vice president and federal sales officer in the specialty government finance group at TD Equipment Finance Inc., in Cherry Hill. She is responsible for business development and the origination of federal government lease and finance transactions nationwide.

Egan has more than 20 years' experience in health care and technology finance and banking, including seven years in government finance with GE Capital – Potomac Federal.

JPMorgan Chase Bank has named Brian Huff vice president in the company's New Jersey middle market banking group, working out of Princeton. He will serve midsized businesses with $20 million to $500 million in annual sales throughout the state.

Before joining Chase, Huff was a vice president in TD Bank's middle-market group for 10 years.

Health Care

Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice has named Michael Handline as vice president of finance.

Handline will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial operations while overseeing the accounting department at the Marlton-based nonprofit organization. Handline has 33 years' experience in health care, including stints at Virtua Health System, Kennedy Health Systems and Siemens Medical Solutions.


Piscataway engineering company Burns & McDonnell has hired Kevin O'Hara as senior information specialist for its New England office. O'Hara joins the firm's business and technology services group, where he will work on electric reliability projects throughout New Jersey.

O'Hara has more than 25 years' business and technical experience. He previously was owner of TimePiece Project Solutions LLC, where he provided consulting and system services for the construction industry.

Partner Engineering and Science Inc., a national environmental and engineering consulting firm with regional headquarters in Eatontown, has hired Daphne Galvin and Adam M. Alexander in the land development group of its New Jersey engineering, design and consulting practice.

Galvin was named director of land development engineering. With 30 years' experience, she will be responsible for technical and administrative oversight of the group including design and technical issues, short-term and long-term planning, business development, staffing, and quality assurance and quality control.

Alexander was named project manager of landscape architecture, and will focus on projects from concept design through construction administration, including project management, proposal development, preparation of programs, conceptual solutions, illustrative drawings, cost estimates and final design production.


Law firm Stark & Stark announced that shareholder Robert F. Morris has joined its Lawrenceville office. In addition, shareholders Michelle Christian, William J. Coppol and Brian H. Smith have joined the firm's Yardley, Pa., office.

Morris is a shareholder in the firm's Trust & Estates Group. His practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts and probate. Morris has experience in drafting sophisticated estate planning documents including complex wills, insurance trusts, personal residence trusts, and grantor trusts.

Real Estate

Doug Gehlbach was named a sales associate at The Goldstein Group, a Paramus-based retail real estate brokerage firm that is expanding its sales and leasing team.

Gehlbach joined the group last year in its marketing department. He has 14 years' sales experience in hospitality.
