The Chatham office of commercial real estate company Cassidy Turley announced Thursday it has successfully negotiated the lease of 43,500 square feet in Princeton. Construction is to begin on the development later this year, with completion slated for early 2015.

According to the announcement, Hill Wallack will relocate its headquarters to the top two floors of the 100,500-square-foot two-building, Class A development at 19 Roszel Road in Princeton.

Milton H. Charbonneau, senior vice president and principal at Cassidy Turley, represented the development team, led by Andy Gottesman of Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Michael Seeve of Mountain Development Corp. Sab Russo, President of Mercer Oak Realty, represented the tenant. Together with architecture firm Gensler, the development team will work closely with Hill Wallack in the building design development process.
