Accomplishments: Starting his own law firm, which eventually merged into Archer & Greiner; exploring alternative, client-friendly arrangements for billing legal services; serving on the board of the N.J. Economic Development Authority; raising money for victims of Super- storm Sandy, while providing pro bono legal counsel to the Middletown Disaster Relief Fund.

Super Power: Living without sleep.

What You Wish You’d Known Earlier: “To spend more time meeting new people.”

Most Influential Role Model: “My father, who taught me that money doesn’t grow on trees, therefore compelling me to work at a young age to earn money to do the things that all my classmates’ parents would otherwise pay for. I hated it at the time, but now realize how valuable of a lesson it was.”

Steps to Balance Life and Work: “I don’t. I need to work on putting down the iPhone.”

People Would Be Surprised to Know: “I dropped out of college my first semester.”

With $1 Million to Donate, You Would Support: Superstorm Sandy relief for people who cannot get help from the government in a timely fashion.
