What You Wish You'd Known Earlier: "Money isn't everything. Starting my career, I only cared about how much money I made, and thought about all the ways I would spend it once I reached certain levels ... I always loved how I felt when I helped others achieve their goals, but lost track of that feeling and that sense of urgency, because of my focus on money as my main measure of success. I still enjoy money, but I enjoy spending it on people and causes I care about, and helping others achieve their own individual goals."
