Accomplishments: Becoming president of RD Legal Funding two years after joining the company, which addresses cash flow issues faced by attorneys and their clients; cultivating an open-door work environment that encourages collaboration and transparency; volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the FealGood Foundation, which supports first responders from Sept. 11, 2001.

Super Power: Mindreading.

Most Influential Role Models: “My parents. They have been incredibly supportive, and are by far the best parents a person could ask for. My dad was an entrepreneur, which was inspiring. He owned pizzerias, ice cream stores and real estate, which motivated me to succeed. My mom is always dedicated to my interests and education, and encouraged me to work hard toward what I believe in.”

With $1 Million to Donate, You Would Support: “$500,000 to Big Brothers Big Sisters, an organization I have worked with for 13 years …The remaining $500,000 I would invest in creating a scholarship fund for my hometown in the Poconos.”
