Accomplishments: Buying PARS Environmental in her mid-20s and overseeing its growth; providing opportunities for employees to grow with the company; developing new cleanup technologies; engaging the company in numerous philanthropic activities, including volunteer work at a Trenton soup kitchen.

Super Power: Healing, taking away people’s pain and sadness so everyone can see the joy and beauty in life and all God’s creation.

What You Wish You’d Known Earlier: “Making a mistake is not the end of the world. The more mistakes you make, the better you get at handling them when they occur and avoid making the same mistakes in the future. Mistakes are truly necessary for growth.”

Most Influential Role Model: “My mom. She went to medical school at the age of 13, has probably read every book in the library at least once, and she always taught me nothing is out of reach if you put your mind to it.”

With $1 Million to Donate, You Would Support: “Any causes dealing with women’s rights and empowerment. I hope women everywhere get the opportunity to live outtheir dreams and know they can do anything they set their mind to.”
