Wisconsin-based defibrillator manufacturer Cardiac Science announced Monday it has signed a three-year contract with the government of New Jersey to provide automated external defibrillators and related services to various state agencies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
According to the announcement, the agreement makes Cardiac Science an authorized vendor for fully automatic and semi-automatic AEDs as well as AED management services. Prior to selecting a partner, New Jersey insisted that the chosen AED manufacturer provide AEDs that are easy to use and at the same time technologically sophisticated.
