Morris Township-based Honeywell International Inc. announced today it has completed its acquisition of mobile technology company Intermec. The all-cash transaction is worth approximately $600 million.

According to the announcement, Intermec will be integrated with Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, within the company's automation and control solutions business. The completion of this acquisition follows the approval by Intermec shareholders on March 19 as well as the receipt of required regulatory approvals in the United States and European Union. The deal was first announced in December, and the companies received conditional approval from the FTC on Monday.
