Hudson Lights partnership gets $218M for redevelopment project

Tucker Development Corp., which has an office in Fort Lee, announced today it led a partnership that has secured $218 million in funding for the first phase of a 1 million-square-foot redevelopment project at the Hudson Lights mixed use site, adjacent to the George Washington Bridge.

According to the announcement, the U.S.-based unit of international real estate services firm Savills arranged the debt and equity capitalization, including a $117 million construction loan provided by Sovereign Santander Bank.

Tucker Development is constructing Hudson Lights with KRE Group and Tishman Construction Corp.
