Telecommunications services provider Hibernia Networks, which has an office in Summit, announced Thursday its acquisition of Atrato IP Networks, an Amsterdam-based networking connectivity company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
According to the announcement, the acquisition will bring enhanced capabilities and expanded product depth to the company's services suite. Atrato has a global presence across 15 countries in the United States and Europe.
Hibernia will now have a second technical center in Europe, building upon its base in Dublin, the company said in a statement.
