UBS to pay New Jersey nearly $100k to settle registration probe Source: The Star-Ledger

UBS Financial Services has agreed to pay nearly $4.6 million, of which $98,000 is earmarked for New Jersey, to settle a multistate probe of the investment bank over allegations that unregistered employees accepted customer orders to buy and sell securities.
